This was the best Peri Peri Chicken I have ever had. Been on a road trip here in Angola and bought some stuff at one of the local roadside markets. We tried some real "organic" peri peri chicken - my mond water nog steeds. The chilly burned a red band right across my face but it was gone in about 30 minutes and today I know nothing of it. It was fun to take the photo because the ladies are not use to someone wanting to take photos of them. She was happy with the 100 Kwanzas that I gave her extra for the chicken. The half chicken gets roughly chopped up in small chunks. It then goes into a "tupperware" container with freshly sliced onions, some diced potatoes and for good measure ... a little extra homemade chilly sauce on the side. Container get closed and shaken and .... you eat your fingers off.
