Good Day Sir! I want to ask your kind permission to use some of your pictures for my undergrad thesis. All the credits will be on you sir. I hope for your kind consideration. Thank You sir. More Power.
I'm Liza Lazan, a BsBio student from USM, Kabacan.
This for me is among my sweetest captures. The first time I got this bird was over two years ago - a blurry shot that should be among the first instances this cutie was photographed in the wild. I've to use a ridiculously long length (1600 mm) to make its 4-inch length bigger in the frame from 50-60 feet. As it was perched in the shade, under overcast skies, that means a slow shutter speed and high ISO. But I'm glad that the subject and its perch kept still for a split second, while I tried my best to manually focus and minimize shake. There's nothing as fulfilling as bagging a super-rarity under the most trying conditions, while pushing one's gear and skills to the limit.
