This tiny beauty, at 3" to 3-1/4" total length, is just about the smallest bird in our islands. It's very active in the canopy and high understory, hence it's tough to shoot in a frame-filling manner. I got lucky to get close to this individual at elev. 1790 m ASL, in Bauko, Mountain Province.
