A 10-wheeler truck carrying GI pipes lies on its side after overturning in a winding portion of the Rosario-Pugo Road which leads to Marcos Highway. The accident, which happened shortly before 11:00 am of May 17, 2019, blocked the entire width of the road, rendering this route to Baguio City impassable to all motor vehicles. The unidentified driver was injured in the accident and rushed by good Samaritans to the nearest hospital. The truck, with license plate number RGA-687, is owned by DMAR Trucking Services in Baguio City. It is estimated that the road will remain impassable for many hours because a large crane is needed to lift and move the truck aside.
