Perhaps this is the bird that I see whose outstretched wings remind me of the shield of faith we are clled to don as we fight the good fight of faith. He chases squirrels too and is not the least bit afraid. Wish all the birds were like that! When I am present to their wing span, sometime during that day, I need to lift up the shield of faith. Great picture! I have a bird outside of my office window that has made a nest - it's a mockingbird. This bird is very funny because one of his (or her) songs is an alarm clock/beeping truck sound. Thanks for the great picture so that I could confirm that it is in fact a mockingbird. I hope to see some babies this spring!
