I just love passion flowers - this plant is the first in this little gallery to have been planted in its current position by me! It's been threatening to flower for weeks and there are so many flower buds on it at the moment I think it's going to be really wonderful in a few weeks time. Today the first two flowers opened and I was surprised to discover it's not a traditional blue flowered variety - only planted it last year and I'd forgotten that I'd bought a fancy one from a nursery!
