I’m thumbing my nose at the world this evening. It’s the time to be anti-social and EAT GARLIC. Yes, this is my legendary garlic bread cooking on the hob. Pizza Pilgrims pan method base, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and butter liberally spread atop then popped under the grill to finish it off. I’ve always wondered (but of course can’t prove either way) whether the parsley does what it’s reputed to do.
