Last night my friend Colin complained about the Kitchen Aid photo for the second day in a row…well Colin, you showed me the red card for that so here is a red safety light instead – wouldn’t you have preferred another shot of my beautiful beast?
What Colin doesn’t realise is the sheer panic that can ensue when you come home after a hard day at work and you can think of NOTHING that is photogenic left in the house. It made me think – I wonder how many photos I’ve shot and written about during my time doing this? The answer is that on 3139 days I have shot and processed a photo and written SOMETHING to go with it. I know it’s not always a great photo. I’m equally sure it’s not always great prose but I still reckon that it’s not a bad record overall – could the ref not have just given me a warning this time…?
