Ijzertoren is a peace monument near town of Diksmuide.

The photo was taken at 17:58. Camera settings - 17mm, ISO200, AV mode. At the time the sun was low and almost in from of me, so I had to apply +0.7 EV exposure compensation to have details of the monument properly exposed. But as a result sky around the monument was almost completely overexposed. I converted the same RAW file twice (with different exposure compensation) to recover at least some details of the sky.
