Agree with David. The gap is such that there is no hope. One is all natural, well in his cloth, well in his world fro, which he is getting the news. One the other side, the other one has studied everything in his outfit, has left his world to find a spot there, but still looks out of place.
It seems these two aren't even on the same planet. No hope of a conversation between them! BTW I think his (I'm sure it's obvious which "he" I'm refering to) outfit is ... remarkable, and when combined with his pose it's extraordinary.
