This is so fitting being that My Opa died today and loved this place. He used to sit many times to see the sunsets and rises. He spend many hrs on this lake as a child and older. I will miss you

Dante
On June 4th Dante Made his way to heaven, this is the last picture taken of my little boy. At least now he is not hurting anymore. Dante was 8 1/2 years old. He was a Chocolate lab, Dalmatian mix.
I used my Sb-600 detached form my Nikon, I was so happy to have it do fill .

I went back to the Ice heaves On 4-4-08, and it was beautiful day with temp in the high 50's it was nice. It was amazing to see how much ice and melted

I went tonite to take pictures of the Ice pushes on Mille Lacs Lake in Garrison. But I chicked out tryign to walk out on the ice when i heard it popping. Maybe again On Sunday when I have another person with me

Amazing the things we find
I have been passing this everyday for the last 2 weeks and finally dug out the camera to try and capture it, The sun was not very accommodating being it was to the south of me and not behind me
