Nevada City Mardi Gras 2010

Our foothill town started celebrating Joe Cain Day some twenty + years ago.
Now we call it Mardi Gras and hope for nice weather in February. We got lucky this year,
with sunny, mild conditions. Funk & Fusion closed the parade with revelers and dancers grooving
to Comparsa, a cuban street rhythm.
