These vinyl bumper stickers were made by Alejandro "Alex" Gastelum of Tijuana. Late 1980s if I recall correctly, perhaps 1990/91. Alex was then an emerging Tajo climber, probably still in his teens. I doubt if he produced more than 20 of these stickers. I was sad when mine eventually faded and I sold the Bronco.
