This is the pattern envelope which shows the back sleeve seam pretty clearly. You can see how dropped the shoulder originally was, although this seems to be pretty standard on men's shirt patterns from what I can tell. I like a more natural shoulder line. I also do not use the center box pleat and loop any more. I usually put a single tuck on each side near the sleeve. I think it's dressier looking.
