We went on a trip to Guilin via Guangzhou. On the way we visited Guposhan, 姑婆山, a mountain region between the two cities. The mountain air up there is very rich in negatively charged Oxygen ions. Clear streams, waterfalls, and cool weather make the sight of tea plantation and winery all the more aesthetic. Then we made a day trip to Longji Rice Terraces,龙脊梯田. The climb was well worth it for the magnificent view and the unforgettable rice wine. And finally, there it is, Lijiang! It becomes a poetic landscape under a misty rain.
