this is just the way it was; I had to wait for just the right moment when the sun broke through the clouds for only a couple of seconds, lighting up the tree trunks and giving a soft glow of light on the mountains in the distance

What a beautiful photograph, it jumps right out of the page at me. Feels very original to me. Can you tell me about it - are the colours just as you saw them on the day?
