The bascule used to connect webster and main this is the JACKNIFE bridge-joe`s bridge was the next one down.

I live in Salt Lake City now but grew up in NT. We used to call that bridge the Sugar Shack bridge because there is a little steel "house" next to the concrete counterweight above the train tracks. There used to be an old mattress in the room and you can guess why it was called the "sugar shack".

I think it's called a bascule bridge. There's one like it in Seattle.
