It was a 30 degrees when we started. A cold wind was blowing from the Northwest. The temperature didn’t come up much as it was only 39 degrees at the end. Barometric pressure was falling.

We headed through the old cross country course and then worked west to the river and followed the river for a while. Hounds spoke a few times but could not seem to hold a scent due to the dry windy conditions. We headed through the junk yard and then hounds started speaking. We ran to the northwest following hound and then viewed a coyote running across the open field. We followed the hounds all the way down to the Spooky Woods which was about a 2 mile run. We then worked our way back down the river and through Sherwood forest and then back to the trailers.
