It was a cool in the morning and there was frost on the grass. It was 40 degrees when we started and 55 degrees when we finished. Wind was from the NW. Barometric pressure was rising.


From the parking area we headed east then North. Eleanor then headed up into some thick woods and told me to follow on the east side. We followed on the east she eventually came out. Then we went down to the creek bottom and worked the fenceline along the field. Hounds spoke going across the field and headed up the hill to the south and would work and speak and go for a while and then lose it again. The conditions were not good for holding the scent. We worked back along the pipeline and then headed slowly in.
