It was a blustery cold day. Winds were from the SouthEast at 8-10 mph. Temperature ranged from 32 to 35 deg. F. It was drizzling at times and overcast.

We headed North and then West through the horse pasture. Young entry rioted on deer in the first covert but Mary stopped them. We then drew the woods to the south of the driveway and along the top of the cliff. We headed toward the hog farm and then drew back toward the kennels. It was a very blank and cold day.
