The temperature went from 41 degrees when we started and warmed up to 56 degrees. The wind was from the East. Winds were at about 3-11 mph with gusts to 18 mph. Barometric pressure was falling.

We headed Northwest from the trailer into the woods. We then turned south and wound our way though the woods. We went back and forth along the lake and worked the area to the west of the large lake. Eleanor saw cat tracks (bobcat) in the sand near the dry creek bed. All in all the day was blank. However the weather was beautiful and the trails are lovely there. We had some challenges bushwhacking in the woods and jumped some coops here and there.

Everyone had a great time. Tess Fleishli and Michael Murphy were both sporting their new scarlet frock coats. It was a beautiful day to be out in the woods.
