It was a beautiful but warm day. Coats were waived in favor of polo shirts. We parked at the clubhouse. The temperature started at 71 degrees and increased to 81 degrees. Barometric pressure was rising and it was sunny. The ground was dry. Winds were light from the Northeast.

We started up north from the clubhouse across the field and turned west toward highway HH. Scenting conditions were terrible. The hounds worked hard but nothing was to be found. Lots of deer were seen but the hounds stayed steady.

Beverly had a fall when we were galloping down a hill and her horse got strong and got her head down. Mary captured the mare and Werner ponied her back to Beverly who bravely got back on and continued.

Mary Hensel brought Donuts and a few of us met at the Diamond D for lunch.
