Of course I love the kid pics best, so does this mean we can go to Hawaii and shoot like on location stuff for my daughter??

I work with your sister, and she told me you were an, "amateur photographer of sorts." I'm an amateur enthusiast...I'd say Kelly sold you short!

Love the pictures. Especially the sky in the "palm sunset". I was just there, but didn't see any sunsets while we were there, it was too cloudy. Love the clouds in this image. The "sunset Waikiki" with the torches brought back some memories. We loved that area at night.

Unfortunately, my cameras were stolen during my Hawaii trip. Saw the notes that you used the Canon 10D. I bought the Digital Rebel as a replacement to mine. I liked it, but the pictures took too much PC work for me. Most of mine are shots of the kids, and interesting environmental shots. I like nice quality pictures. Mine on the Digital Rebel seemed to take too much work on each image for my tastes . I didn't want to spend that much time on each picture. Ended up going back to a 35mm, the Canon Elan 7e. Love the quality, but miss the digital benefits.
