Joseph, the breath of Hell has often been described as sulphuric, and is similar in odour to rotten eggs. Here, the visual cues and the written clues are my attempt to interpret the notion of the 'Witching Hour'.
As to Carl's other hints to this Challenge, here is a woman in costume which would be both attention-getting and protective - a great combination for Halloween.
If that is not enough for you, I would think a woman, 4 meters tall, with a dress 20 meters wide, would be plenty scary. Certainly from me it would elicit a flight response - not to mention the attendant adrenalin-induced shrinkage, which occurs naturally to men in the face of potential danger. Of course, that may not apply to you...
