Sidi Moussa Tannery
Workers toil over open vats that contain animal urine and dung, dipping skins in to treat them before hand-dyeing them in bright yellow, red and white, stomping them under the hot sun to distribute the pigment. You can sniff them out from far, far away; however, you receive a sprig of mint to combat the pungent odor.
The buildings around the edge are used for scraping and softening the skins.
