Additional note : on the Hwing arrowheads in male T. pelea tend to be smaller.

This is T pelea female. Note bluish cell spot . Fwing arrowheads' tips reach middle of pale spots in space 2,3,4.( not always true). Hwing rounded and arrowheads deeper. (iapis have shallow arrowheads and lacks blue spot.)
