Alex about to lift his last lift of the day at 385 pounds, and he was successful at it!! In all, in a 7-hour timespan, adding his practice lifts and then 3 individual lifts for 3 different position types, Alex lifted a total of 5,145 pounds (completely by himself)!!!!!!! Just two weeks before during the season's first meet, his total for the day was 4,890 so he added another 255 pounds overall. Wow are we impressed and proud of him!
