The place up in the mountains 1/2-way between Pigeon Forge and Cade's Cove where the boys and I went on an "unguided" horseback trail ride and a really unusual ride it ended up being. When I look back on our experience I realized just how appropriate the name of their stables was. (It was called "Next to Heaven Riding Stables.)
