We happened to be there during the Monarch's migration thru that area. This was just one of a handful of Monarchs we saw right outside our building's front door. They were there every time we came in or went out but none of my attempts of photographing one while it's wings were fully opened every happened. This was the best of all my shots of them and I won't bore you with any of the rest of those attempts.
