Mike actually took a break!!! That man seemed to NEVER stop working the entire week. He was the last to stop working when a break or lunch was called and the first one back at work. (Notice the amount of sweat on the front of his shirt - it covers the whole front!) He was our leader and construction mentor. Through all his hard work and sweat, he remained the nicest guy to work with or for, showing us his passion to help those less fortunate.
