Yep, pretty darn steep for us, not to mention the higher altitude from being in the mountains already, and we'd just finished a long hike about a half hour before starting this hike. Dave's bad back and feet and my bad knees and feet, and both of us out of shape otherwise made this "hill" feel as though we were climbing a vertical mountain!
