On the way from the VRBO towards Bee Cave town we passed over this (one-lane) low-water crossing bridge across the Pedernales River. Central Texas had all had 3 days of rain 5 days before this picture was taken, many areas receiving 3-6" over that time, so this river was quite high and muddy-looking.
