A typical Costa Rican dinner, called "Cosada". It consists of a scoop of white rice, black beans (to the left of the rice), a piece of meat in the center (I chose grilled chicken), a fresh salad, and cooked veggies. I had to ask what the two items on the far left were: fried banana slices.
