Our very first Costa Rican dinner (during our San Jose excursion on Day #1). This plate is called "Cosada" and is their main faire: white rice, black beans (on the left side under the chicken), some type of meat in the center (I chose grilled chicken), some type of grilled or steamed veggies (right side), a simple fresh salad and then two things on the far left that I didn't know what they were so had to ask: fried banana slices.
