About a month after Dave killed the 5-ft long rattler, then one week later I had the scare of being about a foot away from a second one, Dave was picking up something in the carport and underneath it was this small one. This one was only about 18", but hey, 3 rattlers within 4-5 weeks all found around 10-15 feet away from the same end of the house. It sure has us keeping an extra-vigilant eye out, especially whenever our grandkids are outside.
