When we first got in to town late Saturday afternoon, we stopped where Alex works at on the north end of town. It was the first time I've ever gotten to see him where he works (as a welder). It was a very hot, (around 100-degrees) & humid day, not to mention all his protective gear he has to wear. Seeing him dirty-looking didn't stop this Mom from wanting a big hug from him and he gave it to me!
