Pictures taken by the photographer on land as we went over Class IV rapids. With only two rafters doing the paddling (Dave and I) and the guide acting as the rudder, when he hollered at us to "PULL 2!" that meant we had to very quickly and strongly, row two times (in sync with each other). My arms weren't near as strong as Dave's so we tended to veer to the right. I wished we'd had more rafters in our raft so we wouldn't have been so out-of-breath after each rapid and less feeling that it was all up to us.
