I briefly stopped and talked with Freddy, Sr. (the man) about his dog, Freddy, Jr., who was a rescue dog, only Freddy Sr. says that it was Freddy, Jr. who rescued HIM, not the other way around. Freddy Jr. is a certified theraputic dog, and also a CGCD (Certified Good Citizen Dog), which means he can be out in public and won't act up or harm anyone.
