Karl's niece, Tara and her older son, Jack. Tara was the main chef for the whole party, doing the planning, prep and cooking. I'd estimate she probably spent at LEAST 12 man-hours doing it all, if not more, including showing up at Karl's house at 4:45 a.m. the day of the party to put the pork butts in the oven so they'd be ready to make pulled-pork by 1:30 p.m. Everything she made was from scratch and was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
