The dark brown (corn field)was made layering butter cream frosting, then placing miniature marshmellows in rows, covering with chocolate frosting, then used tweezers to put (vertical) green sprinkles to portray corn stalks just starting. The "hay bales" were rolled up fondant icing; the "cow patties" were miniature chocolate chips, the roadway was butter cream frosting with brown sugar sprinkled on to appear like "dirt", the barn was fondant icing fashioned around a plastic container with a cardboard roof, and the corn in the tractor was yellow sprinkles.
