Although this isn't the exact building, it's located in the same group and looks just like one that I was stationed at (back before we had kids). They were originally built to be WWII barracks but later converted to military command office buildings. I was on the 2nd floor and my window views looked down to the Exchange parking lot (which is where I was standing when I took this photo, looking up the hill at the office buildings).
