The Evangelism & Missions Committee that I'm on at our church recently put on a city-wide Back-to-School Fair for all children in Taylor going in to kindergarten thru 5th grade. The entire event was FREE! We offered free school supply kit and personal and dental hygiene kits to each participating child, plus various local business fliers for free or discounted items, immunizations, haircuts, a puppet show, face-painting, making a craft to take home, jumping in a moon walk, exploring on a fire truck, having lunch during our event and the chance to win many awesome door prizes.
