Flame on Gold
Jan 20

I thought this turned out rather interesting. I'm having trouble maintaining all the exif information
with my photos, unless they are like this one, with nothing more than basic WB,
exposure comp. and re-sizing done in Nikon View. Any pointers would be very welcome!

Nikon D100
1/60s f/14.0 at 105.0mm ISO 200 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

beautiful gold tones and the still flame has a peaceful feel to it.. nicely done

Yes, it was....very still, that is. I did turn a fan on behind it, later, and got another one that I thought was interesting with the flame at an angle. I was really hoping for a cool flicker effect but I didn't get it.....maybe next time.

An impressive flame at 14f. Must have been very still.
