Notes on back of image says "from photograph". I do not know where these portraits are. In the library? Web research showed another portrait hanging in library that looked like my grandfather's style -- I'll write the librarian. Who would have commissioned the portraits in 1931?

Meanwhile I found a copy of the photograph that this portrait was based on! A website about early RI-er's from a document written in 1920! A brief bio of both Cleora and her husband William Henry Hall can be found here. Money was left in his will to build a new library. Here is the site:
