Want Some Cheese?

I think I have found a good combination for kid shots. I put the Sigma 28-300 on the D70 and set it
at iso 400 and use the flash for fill. I set the camera for a f/5.6 aperture, and let it adjust up
from there. I can get decent results with slow shutter speeds to bring up the background. This shot
was toned using the Melancholytron plug-in for Photoshop.
