松仁玉米(Stir Fried Pine Nuts & Corn).JPG

Recipe
2 cups frozen corn
2/3 cup pine nuts
1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce (You can find in any Chinese grocery store)
1/2 spring onion
4 dry red peppers

Preparation: Thaw the frozen corn at room temperature. Slice the spring onion to thin pieces.

Cook: Heat the pan (use middle-level heat). Add 1 tablespoon oil to the heated pan, swirling it around the sides. When the oil is warm, add the red peppers and pine nuts. Stir fry until the pine nuts become light brown, then add corn, turn up heat and stir fry for 1-2 minutes to make the corn mixed well with the pine nuts. Add the oyster sauce, and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes to make sure the sauce mixed evenly with the corn and nuts. Serve the dish on a plate and add the spring onion evenly on
the surface of the dish.
