Electrical storm 9-20-05 over San Diego
Safety note: These shots were taken from inside a sliding glass
door, with lights off inside the house. Not outside!

Technique: I kept the shutter open for 10 seconds or so, but closed the shutter if there was a lightning flash during the exposure. Lots of shots with nothing, but some with lightning.
