This Thick-Billed Kingbird showed up at Lake Hodges in late November and seems to have settled in. The Thick-Billed Kingbird is normally a resident of Central Mexico and a small area of South-Eastern Arizona, and this one is only the sixth to ever be reported in San Diego county. Only 15 have ever been reported in all of California.
