Two electrodes, 1.27 mm thick were put into the region of pallidum in my brain on Monday 8th 2010. Each electrode carries four levels of signal output and each can be programmed with 1-3 of three parameters. That is done by a specialist nurse at the Dept of Neurosurgery in Lund, Sweden.
I myself can check status of the pacemaker and make simple alterations of e g Voltage within given levels
