Jasper, 2013 (J2)

Other vacations took priority earlier this year (NC for my father in March, Tucson for my wife's grandmother in July), but I INSISTED that Jasper still should happen for a bit this year, and it did, even if for a shorter time. Once again, a good time was had by all, and good photos too. We saw many of the same places, and 1-2 we didn't last time, but we were disappointed that the "Blue Hole," one of our favorites, was closed due to budget cuts. But we still went to the Ponca access (where the kids & I jumped off the short bridge), Pruitt, Bradley Park, Steel Creek & Lost Trails. This year, we took the 2004 Oldsmobile Alero we had bought earlier in the year, instead of the 2002 Saturn (which we still had) because its V6 enabled it to climb the hilly roads of ARK 7 better.
